Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Department.
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
- Assist in recruitment activities such as job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee files.
- Assist with the preparation and processing of payroll.
Skills & Requirements
- Graduate of Bachelor Degree
- 1 year of experience as an HR Assistant. Fresher are also welcome to apply.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
